Travel | Perfect Padstow

Padstow has to be one of my favourite places in the world. As a family, we started taking a yearly trip about 10 years ago & still love going now. To be honest, we always end up doing the same thing whilst we're there but it never seems to get old!

Whenever we're in Padstow we rent a house for the week so it really does feel like a home away from home. The houses are all beautiful & each have a quirky feel & character to them. It also means that if the weather is a bit rubbish & you want to snuggle up on the sofa watching a film, you can! We all know what the Cornish weather can be like.

One of my favourite things to do is wander around the harbour in the sunshine with an ice cream. There's always so much going on & it's such a pretty picture.

Not only can you walk around the harbour & cute narrow streets, spending your money in the independent shops, you can also walk down to the idyllic beach where you feel like you're in the Maldives it's that beautiful.

The morning we went to the beach, we were the only ones there & at 10am you could only get to the first bit so Stephen & I decided to do a bit of exploring & rock climb over to the other beaches further down.

Whilst the weather was too good to be true, we decided to make the most of it & venture to Polzeath (a surfer beach further around the coast.) It is one of the most beautiful walks ever & really keeps you fit! Not to mention the beautiful sand exfoliating those tootsies!

I really can't recommend Padstow enough. It has so much on offer & holds a lot of great memories for me!

Love,
xx
